Our process
First consultation
We aim to understand your needs, what you want to create and to discuss creative design ideas.
We also discuss the characteristics of the gemstones you are after (e.g. colour, carat, shape and cut), metal (yellow gold, rose gold, white gold or platinum) and grade (9K, 14K, 18K)

Design and Quote
Following our first consultation, we will begin an iterative process to create and finalise our design, and provide an indicative quote

Sourcing
For rarer, large gemstones, we will find potential gemstones and source them once we have your confirmation and payment for the gemstone

Craft
After sourcing the required gemstones, receiving your confirmation and payment for final production, we will initiate the production of your jewel

Shipping
When your unique piece is complete, we will mail it on expedited shipping with tracking. We provide free shipping Australia wide.
Please note
Our custom design process generally takes about 4-8 weeks. The cost and timelines depend on the availability of precious stones and the complexity of the design. Large sapphires are rare and require time to be sourced.

In addition, Covid-19 has created significant delays in the global supply chain. Unfortunately, this creates delays that are outside of our control, but we will be transparent and communicate these delays.
